MacGregor 106 was the first residence of Alpha Epsilon Pi and it was renovated specifically for them in the spring of 1989, just after their installment on campus. According to The Muhlenberg Weekly, "one wall [was] knocked down to provide a central sitting area and 4 bedrooms." In 1994, AEPi moved into a new house on Gordon Street and Phi Mu moved into this residence, giving both organizations ample room to grow.

(Note: The Muhlenberg Weekly supplies both "103" and 106" as the number of this residence. We would appreciate clarification from anyone who lived in either Alpha Epsilon Pi or Phi Mu!).
